Sukha happens here. Our gift to you comes in the form of the healing arts - massage, meditation, and yoga being our primary offerings. From our wondrous healing massages, like Lomi Lomi and treatment massage, to meditation, Reiki, and Yoga classes, Sukha offers healthy, healing, and uplifting experiences like nowhere else.
Our Studio
Sukha was founded in 2011 by Kimberly Konopaski, licensed massage therapist and yogi. Kim saw the need for a studio that offered clients the benefits of two healing practices not often combined in one place - massage & yoga. This led to the inception of Sukha in her community of Des Moines, WA. Built on tradition, but refined with western personalities in mind, Sukha offers many types of healing massage and yoga for any skill level. Our Mission
The focus of our studio is and always has been to provide our patients and students with a place of healing - a place to find bliss - a place to practice – whatever that means to them. We are a place of serenity, strength, and even just a place to reflect. Each of our services and classes brings a focus to being still and being quiet; living in a bustling city we all need a place to find bliss and decompress.
